How to File Online:

Before Claim Filing: You will need the Unique ID and PIN located at the top of the Email Notice you received. If you did not receive an Email Notice or have lost yours, please contact the Settlement Administrator via email at info@OneWorldTicketFeeSettlement.com and provide your full name, address and email address or via phone at 1888-884-6585 for assistance.

During Claim Filing: As part of the claim filing, you will be asked to provide your contact information. Please have all your details ready, as your claim will not be saved if you have to come back and finish at a later time.

After Claim Filing: After submitting your completed claim online, you will receive an email with a confirmation code for your completed submission. Receipt of a confirmation code means your claim was successfully submitted. Be sure to keep your confirmation email and code and refer back to them if you have any questions about your claim.

How to File by Mail:

Fill out, sign, and date the Claim Form, then mail the Claim Form to the following address:

Remember, all Claim Forms must be submitted online or received by the Settlement Administrator no later than April 21, 2025.
